This blog is dedicated to America’s unsung heroes – entry level workers in the healthcare industry. Many have come and gone, but those who have stayed true to their profession have done so with little thought of ever achieving a higher income bracket, devoting their efforts in service to others even though they often work long, hard hours that include shift work and weekends. All this too often with little or no recognition and sometimes not even a thank you. Our healthcare industry is built on the backs of these individuals who keep coming back to work because it is the right thing to do. It is because they love their work that they can do all the “heavy lifting” so we can enjoy the magnificence that medicine in America offers.
